Users are solely responsible for their actions on the site. BondyApartment shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of the services.

BondyApartment assumes no responsibility for any issues that may arise from pages provided to third-party sites or services. Users are responsible for the changes in the use of these sites and their privacy policies.

CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY
1. Reservations and Payments
All reservations must be made through BondyApartment's website or authorized sales channels.

Payments are accepted in advance at the time of booking or according to a pre-determined installment plan.

A confirmation is sent to the user via email after the reservation is completed.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
For cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the accommodation date, 70% of the total payment will be refunded. A 30% deduction is made for the processing and service fee.

For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.

No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 7 days prior.

No refunds will be made in the event of a non-accommodation or early departure.

3. Change Requests
Date change requests are subject to availability and must be notified at least 7 days in advance.

In the event of a price difference, the new reservation price will be used.

4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval, using the same payment method used.

BondyApartment is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
